AMUSEMENT PARK

For children ages 5-12

Get ready to have the most fun ever! Throughout the program, you'll be creating your own amusement park, from the name of the park, the price of admission, the design of the rollercoasters, and even the layout of the park itself!  Students learn about gear ratios, potential/kinetic energy, centrifugal force and more.  
In addition, students will get an opportunity to look at running an amusement park from an entrepreneurial perspective. 

Topics Covered: Explores how to use mainboards, switches, IR sensors, gears, DC motors and axles, as well as concepts like centrifugal force, gravity, catapult physics, transferring motion, gear ratios and more!

January 15 - March 5 (8 weeks)

Every Wednesday @ 5:45pm - 7:00pm 

$ 280 + hst per 8-week session

Cancellation Policy 

·      -  A refund will be issued if it is 1 week from start of the program

·      -  A 50% refund will be issued if it is 48hr from start of the program

·      -  No refunds will be issued within 48hr from the start of the program 

·      -  All refunds and transfers are subject to a $30.00 administration fee per participant 

·      -  A full 100% refund is given if the program is cancelled by RoboThink Niagara
