(For Ages 5-12)
To celebrate World Ocean Day with a unique, hands-on learning experience brought to you by RoboThink Niagara and Little Medical School!
In this immersive 3-hour workshop, young learners will dive into the fascinating world of marine biology, take part in a sea turtle rescue mission, and build their very own baby turtle robot.

Students will:
• Discover the incredible world of sea turtles, including different species, habitats, and life cycles
• Step into the role of a marine caretaker by performing fun “health checks” on their very own plush sea turtle
• Learn about ocean conservation and the challenges sea turtles face in the wild
• Take part in a collaborative rescue and release mission, bringing their learning to life
• Build and customize a baby turtle robot using RoboThink’s hands-on STEM approach
This workshop blends science, storytelling, and robotics to encourage curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving in a fun and engaging environment.

• All robotics materials and guided instruction
• A completed baby turtle robot built in class
• A plush sea turtle for each participant to take home
• A nut-free snack (juice box or water + light snack)

Fee: $60 + HST
Program Registration – Cancellation Policy
- A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 14 days before the program start date.
- A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made 7 days or more before the program start date.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the program begins.
- All refunds and transfers are subject to a $20 non-refundable administration fee per participant.
- A 100% refund will be issued if the program is cancelled by RoboThink Niagara.
