This summer, invite your child to dive into the world of robotics, engineering, and creative problem-solving at RoboThink’s STEAM Robotics Summer Camps. Our programs go beyond simply building robots—each camp is thoughtfully designed to inspire imagination, develop critical thinking, and nurture a lifelong love of STEAM learning, all in a supportive and engaging environment.

Demolition Robots

August 4 – Augut 7 (4 Days)

(for children ages 5-12)  

🏗️🤖 Demolition Robots: Build, Lift, and Engineer Your Machines! ⚙️✨
Get ready to step onto your very own RoboThink construction site! In Demolition Robots, kids become young engineers as they design, build, and operate amazing machines—from dump trucks and tower cranes to bridges and even controlled wrecking machines.

Students learn how real construction machines work, exploring lifting, moving, and assembling structures safely. They’ll test their designs, tackle engineering challenges, and refine their robots—all while having hands-on fun with mechanics, gears, motors, and more. No prior experience needed—just curiosity, creativity, and a love of building!

🔥 Highlights:

• Design and build popular construction machines, including dump trucks, tower cranes, and lifting robots
•  Operate controlled “wrecking” machines to understand mechanics and safe demolition
•  Explore robotics components like mainboards, switches, IR sensors, DC motors, gears, and axles
•  Build bridges, towers, and structures while testing stability and engineering concepts

•  Develop problem-solving, teamwork, and design-thinking skills in a safe, hands-on environment

Extended Care: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM | +$40+ HST per 4-day camp or $10 +HST per day

Important Notes for Parents:

• All participants must be fully potty trained and able to use the washroom independently.

• Children should be able to participate in group settings without requiring full-time 1:1 support.

• For coding related program, basic reading skills and familiarity with using a computer (keyboard and mouse) are required.
  
  

Program Registration – Cancellation Policy

• A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 14 days before the program start date.

• A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the program start date.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the program starts.

• All refunds and transfers are subject to a 10%  administration fee per participant.

• A 100% refund will be issued if the program is cancelled by RoboThink Niagara.
